You work with; you don't work for. And it's actually a pretty big mentality shift, which is working with somebody is a partnership. It's an agreement. It's a mutually beneficial thing. Versus 'I work for you' is... there's a dominant person and there's a person who just basically takes orders and does... whatever they have to do based on the the task
