The other thing is you want to be a maker, not a taker. So most people in companies are just takers of plans—so somebody else writes the plan, somebody else makes the dock, somebody else creates the dashboard, and you just sit on the receiving end of it. What I would do, when I was at these companies, is I would always write my own versions of the plans.
